Unit arrived in huge 5 foot by 4 foot box weighing 150 lbs. Upon inspection the hardware and instructions to build the table were missing. After building the love seat and one of the chairs, the second chair had a defective bolt insert that resulted in a bolt breaking off inside of the insert, rendering the chair useless. Customer service of the manufacturer says that they have no parts to sent as a replacement and that I need to return it. So, I need to disassemble everything, somehow try to repackage into a massive box, and find a way to ship a 150 lbs box back to Amazon.
I purchased two Patio Umbrella sets in spring time to be ready for summer. I set them up for July 4 party by the end of the day when I went to close the sets one of them was only hanging by its string, the plastic lip attaching it to the top frame had cracked. I contacted Best Choice products and they asked me to send pictures of the damaged umbrella set, I did so and they stated that they would get back to me, weeks go by and I hear nothing.

The two chairs were so broken they could not be put together. I contacted the company who said to contact Amazon. Amazon was helpful but could not replace the chairs as they had none in stock. They ended up refunding me half my money but now we have a love seat and coffee table on our deck and no chairs. Very disappointing experience.
